Calendar brings three kinds of dates into one member view. Select an entry to see its date, time zone and relevant context. The list can also show past events; it is not only a schedule of upcoming live sessions.
| Calendar entry | What it represents | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| Live | A collective session scheduled for a cohort | Its cohort, time, host and room link when supplied. |
| Coaching | A dated individual coaching session for your enrollment | The coach and time; a joining link may be supplied separately. |
| Deadline | An open published task still awaiting completion or an eligible submission | The task and due date; open My path to act on it. |
The illustrative Mike Academy member may see a cohort live alongside a coaching appointment and the deadline for “Submit your agent demo.” The live is shared with their cohort; the coaching date concerns their enrollment; the deadline comes from their task. Seeing one says nothing about the status of the other two.
Open a live entry for its details and use the room link when one is available and the event is joinable. A cancelled event is identified as cancelled and cannot be joined. Past live entries may offer a replay if one was provided; a past event without a replay does not imply a recording exists. A coaching entry may show that its link will come from the coach instead. A deadline has no room link.
Scheduled lives currently target a cohort. If you do not see one you expected, check the school and cohort associated with your enrollment, and ask the school whether the live was scheduled or cancelled. A group membership alone does not make a group-targeted live appear: scheduling that target is not supported today. Members without a cohort may still have coaching dates and task deadlines.
School integrations can use the Live sessions API for its documented scheduling and attendance operations. The member calendar itself is a screen experience.
