A person is someone your school knows: a prospect you met at an event, an applicant, a student, an alumnus. One directory holds them all, and the same record follows them from first contact to graduation.

Inside one school, a person is identified by their email address, compared without case. That single rule is what stops the same human from existing twice: an application, an offer, a payment and an import all land on the same record.

A Head of Sales reads the school's sales contacts — people with a commercial owner, a booking or a form response — without any payment, offer or collected amount. That reading happens in the app; it writes nothing here.
