Organization roles and domains

In Management → Organization, manage school membership and roles. Owner and admin responsibilities differ from business responsibilities such as coach, reviewer, setter or closer. The CRM, Sales, Management and Coaching areas show actions according to the caller's capabilities and resource scope.

A school member's access to one area does not grant visibility into another: a closer's offer work does not reveal school-wide payments, and an owner does not become a submission reviewer without that responsibility. Review access with the actual screen action before assigning work.

The API reference describes how the key holder's school role and domain permission are checked for every public endpoint.
