Camille receives Mike Academy's active Discovery call address and opens
/en/b/mike-academy/appel-decouverte. The public page does not ask her to
sign in to the school. It presents the contact fields chosen for this link
and, if attached, the published qualification questions.
Camille enters the requested details and agrees to be contacted. Submitting this first stage saves the capture in Mike Academy's contact register. The contact is a Person, not a separate Lead object. If Camille closes the page now, the school has her captured details but no booked call. A form submission should not be counted as an appointment.
The second stage lists open times. Camille views them in her time zone,
chooses one and confirms. The link's Fair rotation selects the next
eligible closer who is free for that time and under capacity. It might assign
Élodie; Camille does not pick an arbitrary closer. The confirmation names the
assigned closer and gives Camille a private /rdv/{token} management address.
Booking a call neither enrolls Camille nor pays for the program.
Information
If another person takes the selected slot before Camille confirms, the page reports that the slot was taken, refreshes the available times and clears that choice. Camille should select another open time. Details captured in the first stage remain separate from a completed booking.
The confirmation email includes the management link when Camille supplied an email address. Without email, the confirmation page asks her to keep or copy that page's link. The private token is her route to later reschedule or cancel. If she loses it and has no confirmation email, this guide cannot promise a recovery link from a school screen. The agenda guide explains later changes.
For a custom public page, the list-slots endpoint and capture endpoint take no API key. They resolve the school and link from the public address. The separate create-booking endpoint is for an authorized school caller booking on a prospect's behalf: it needs a school-bound API key and a permitted actor. The public page's own final booking action does not grant a setter link-management rights. A retry of the same public capture returns its existing booking with a renewed management token rather than creating a second call; an old token ceases to work after replacement.
Your booking emails contain View and manage my appointment, separate from the video-call link. Keep this private link: it works without an account and shows current appointment details. Ordinary confirmation/resend emails allow management; only a reminder asking for attendance confirmation includes a confirmation-request link. Opening any link never confirms attendance automatically: submit the confirmation on the page.
You may leave a message for your closer on the page. Replying directly to the email reaches the closer’s mailbox and is separate from page messages. Report availability depends on the appointment’s policy: by default more than24hours must remain; if late report is enabled you can report until start. Cancellation remains possible before start. Past/cancelled appointments cannot be confirmed or rescheduled. A rescheduled appointment requires confirmation again when a fresh reminder is sent.
