Cohorte helps a school take someone from first contact through enrollment, training, coaching and a visible outcome. Start with the task you need to do. The seven product areas below follow that journey; each guide says which work happens in screens and where a public API is available.
| Area | Start here |
|---|---|
| Build the learning experience | Training |
| Learn and meet peers | Student & Community |
| Follow members and unblock them | Coaching |
| Capture and qualify interest | Leads & Qualification |
| Offer a sales conversation | Setting & Booking |
| Turn an offer into access | Closing, Offers & Payments |
| Run the school and its connections | Administration & Integrations |
A person can become a lead without an account. A published qualification form or booking link brings them into the school's contact flow. An offer defines commercial terms; it is distinct from the program that defines what is taught. After enrollment, a member follows a versioned path and may belong to a cohort. Lessons provide content; milestones and tasks describe work; deliverables provide proof for review. The member journey explains deadlines, unlocking and reviews in detail.
Information
An enrollment is one person's participation in one program, optionally in a cohort. The same person can have separate enrollments with separate progress and coaches.
People use the school screens. Programs and integrations use the API quickstart and API reference. The public API covers selected resources across content, community, enrollment, coaching, booking and payments; it does not reproduce every screen. Each guide points to the relevant endpoint family and calls out screen-only steps.
