A booking joins an interested person to a closer who is free to speak with them. The school prepares the call rules and the public address; the prospect provides their details and chooses a time. Booking the call does not enroll the person or take a payment.
For example, Mike Academy wants to offer a discovery call about its Agentic AI Developer program. Its owner sets the call duration, working windows and eligible closers, then creates an active Discovery call link. A setter may share that address. Camille opens it without a school account, submits contact details and picks an open time. The link's rotation assigns a free closer, Élodie. Each person then sees only the part of the booking their role permits.
Start with the owner/admin availability setup if the school has no open slots. Then create the booking link, see exactly what the prospect experiences, and use the agenda and booking list to follow the result. A setter cannot configure availability or create a link simply by holding the setter responsibility.
