An owner/admin configures one sales availability for the school. A link
inherits its call duration and buffers; the link then chooses which
configured closers to offer. A setter does not manage this configuration. A
closer can edit their own hours, exceptions and personal time zone, but cannot replace the
school's rules.
- Open CRM → Sales availability for Mike Academy. In Call
rules, select the time zone, call duration and time before and after the
call. The buffers protect time around an appointment, so an apparently open
call can still conflict with a neighbor.
- In Closer rotation, enable the members who hold the closer
responsibility. Set each closer's daily capacity and order. Select a
closer, then turn on the relevant days and add working windows under
Availability of …. Use Exceptions for a particular unavailable day
or custom hours.
- Select Save availability. Use Upcoming slot preview to examine the
resulting dates, eligible closers and next person in rotation. Change the
preview dates and select Refresh preview if the period you need is not
shown. This is a simulation; it does not reserve a call.
For the Discovery call, Mike Academy might enable Élodie and another closer,
then give each a working window. A future slot appears only if at least one
eligible closer can hold it. The preview excludes a slot that a protected
booking interval already occupies. Rotation skips unavailable or full
closers; the prospect will not choose one manually.
Check the selected date range first. Then check that at least one member has
the closer responsibility, is active in the rotation, has a working window on
that day and has capacity left. An exception, a booking or the before/after
buffers may consume the remaining time. The page tells you when no closer
is enabled and links to Manage members and responsibilities. Save a
corrected configuration and refresh the preview before you share a link.
The Sales availability API documents
permitted reads and updates. Its authorization is the same school boundary:
owner/admin can read and replace the school configuration, a closer can read
only their own line and slots, and a setter cannot read this document. Next,
create the booking link.
Choose a time zone for each closer before entering their working hours.
09:00 in Bali and 09:00 in Montréal are different bookable instants. Exceptions
and daily capacity follow that closer’s local day. The school time zone is the
owner/admin display default and does not move anyone’s saved schedule.
A closer can change My time zone explicitly. The entered hours stay the
same in the new zone; confirmed appointments never move. Travelling does not
change this setting automatically. Adopt hours copies the prepared time
zone as well as the hours and exceptions.
The prospect sees the slots in their last manually selected valid zone,
otherwise their browser zone, otherwise the school zone. Changing display
zone regroups the same instants by local day and clears the pending selection.
Booking confirmations and reminders use the zone saved at booking; closer
notifications and personal agendas use the closer’s own zone.
In Call rules, choose Booking horizon: no limit, 7, 14, 30 or 60 days.
Booking links inherit this setting for new public reservations. A day means
24 hours from now; starts at the exact boundary are excluded. Existing bookings
and rescheduling remain unchanged. Your personal availability does not change.
