A video question is asked by a member to the school's teaching team: a
title, an optional description, and the program the member currently follows. It is
assigned to the oldest OWNER of the school by default, and the team can assign
it to any OWNER or coach.
A question has three statuses, derived, never set directly:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
to_do | Not answered, or its answer is unpublished |
answered | Its answer, a resource of the video library, is published |
cancelled | The team cancelled it with a reason visible to the member |
The team answers with the same payload as a video resource, without program and
kind: the answer is a video_answer of the question's program, published under
the assigned coach's name. Unpublishing that answer with
Unpublish a video resource
puts the question back to to_do; republishing it makes it answered again.
Until it is answered, a question is visible only to its author and the team —
OWNER, ADMIN and any assigned coach. A member never reads another member's
question. No email and no in-app notification leave today.
