In Coaching → Deliverables reviews, open Submissions to review. This list uses the review assignment scope, which differs from general enrollment reading. An organization reviewer sees the school's submissions; an assigned enrollment coach sees that enrollment; a coach or reviewer assigned to a program sees that program's enrollments. Mike Academy's owner/admin is not a reviewer until explicitly assigned an eligible review responsibility.
| Current attempt | What it means | What can happen next |
|---|---|---|
| Draft | The member is still preparing it | Member may edit and submit; it is not in the review queue. |
| Submitted | The attempt is immutable and waiting | An authorized reviewer takes it into review. |
| In review | One reviewer has taken responsibility | That same reviewer validates, requests changes, or rejects. |
| Changes requested | Corrections were requested on this attempt | Member creates a new attempt, linked to the old one. The reviewed attempt stays unchanged. |
| Validated | The evidence was accepted | This attempt is final; validation may unlock a dependent step. |
| Rejected | This attempt was refused | This attempt is final; it cannot be edited or simply resubmitted. |
If Nina took Maya's demo and asks for a working failure-case explanation, Maya sends a new attempt after making that correction. Nina can compare the new evidence with her earlier request. A review may reveal a need for a coaching session or intervention, but the review itself is neither record.

Taking a submission and recording its verdict remain school-screen workflows. The public API does not expose submission review decisions. See roles and assignments before routing work to someone else.
