This collection command is retired. Stripe Billing manages new finite monthly plans. Existing API keys remain organization-bound; authentication is required. Authenticated requests to the former charge or charging-pause routes receive 410 Gone and perform no side effects. Missing or invalid authentication is still refused.

No request body or idempotency key can reactivate this command. Use the existing offers API to compose a new offer with 2–36 equal monthly installments. Their total may include a commercial surcharge over the upfront price.

Local waiver, renegotiation and offline settlement are unavailable on Stripe-managed plans. Historical plans remain manual and are not migrated.
