List submission reviews

GET /api/v1/submission-reviews

Read submitted work within your current review responsibilities. Drafts are never included.

Authorization

Send x-api-key. The school and actor come from the verified key; body identities cannot override them. A verified school member with current review responsibility: organization reviewer, program reviewer, or coach assigned to the relevant enrollment/program as permitted by the school. Organization role alone does not replace review scope.

Query parameters

page defaults to 1 and must be positive. limit defaults to 20, maximum 50. Optional status: submitted, in_review, changes_requested, validated or rejected. Optional submissionId: UUID. Counts summarize the authorized queue; the ID filter narrows items only.

Response

200 returns the result. 400: invalid input or forbidden state transition. 401: invalid key. 403: insufficient current permission.

Response fields

items: scoped submissions, member names, programName, task, deliverable, deadline, reviews and attempt history; total, takeableTotal, overallTotal, page, limit. Dates are ISO date-time strings or null.

Notes

A verdict requires explicit reviewer instruction. The reviewer who took the attempt owns its decision; other scoped reviewers cannot decide it.
