A school role and a delivery assignment answer different questions. The owner/admin role operates the school. A coach assignment names which enrollments or program the coach follows. A reviewer assignment determines which submissions the person may judge. Reading an enrollment does not, by itself, grant review authority.

These permissions require membership in this school and the relevant action permission. A platform role outside Mike Academy does not bypass its tenant boundary. The review scope is determined by review assignments, separately from the scope used to read member monitoring.
Assign the handoff in Mike Academy
Maya's enrollment in Agentic AI Developer is assigned to coach Nina. Nina can document a conversation or intervention for Maya and can review her submission through that enrollment assignment. Mike, as Mike Academy's owner, can see the school context and run a cohort live; he cannot take Maya's submission merely because he owns the school. If Mike will judge work, give him an explicit reviewer assignment first. A program-scoped reviewer for Agentic AI Developer can review that program's submissions, but cannot use that assignment to record Maya's coaching session.

If the review queue has no work in your scope, first verify the assignment and its enrollment, program or organization scope. Do not borrow an owner's enrollment visibility as permission to decide a review.
Assignment management is a school-screen workflow. The Coaching sessions API documents enrollment conversations, not assignment creation or submission decisions. Continue with the coach queue or the review procedure once the right person is assigned.
