List the courses of a program

GET /api/v1/programs/{programId}/courses

Returns the courses of one program, in composition order. Archived courses are included: an archived course stays readable, it does not vanish behind a default filter.

Response

200 OK — the list, possibly empty. A program of another school also answers an empty list rather than confirming it exists.
400 Bad Request — programId is not a UUID.
401 Unauthorized — the key is missing, invalid, or no longer attached to a member.
403 Forbidden — the bearer is not OWNER, ADMIN, an organization-scoped program_director of this school, nor the coach of this program.
