Delivery analytics

Delivery analytics is a read-only projection over current Cohorte facts. It keeps Learning, Execution, delivery completion, Outcome and Attendance separate and never claims that one segment caused a result.

Every metric includes its numerator, denominator, source and calculation time. A zero is measured; an empty denominator is unmeasured; a denominator below five is suppressed before the response is projected.
