Groups

Groups organize enrollments by level, specialty, or accountability without changing their cohort or path. Every request uses the organization bound to the API key; an organizationId in the request body is ignored.

Mutations require Idempotency-Key. Owners, organization admins, and organization-scoped program directors can read and mutate groups. Foreign resources are not disclosed.
