Buyer checkout and access

The buyer opens the offer address, reviews the price and payment method, and completes the public checkout. A successful payment starts the school's access fulfilment for the named person. Check the offer's payment details if access is delayed or a cohort seat is unavailable; payment success and completed member access are separate outcomes.

The school can retry a failed access fulfilment from the offer's payment section when that action is available. Never promise access merely because a buyer reached the checkout screen.

Buyer checkout and access repair are screen flows. The Offer payments API is limited to instalment charging controls.
