Sales availability

Sales availability is owned by Cohorte. It combines call duration, buffers, IANA timezone, ordered closer rotation, recurring hours, dated exceptions and daily capacity. It does not create a booking.

OWNER and ADMIN read the whole configuration and every slot. A member holding the organization-scoped closer responsibility reads only his own row and his own slots; he never sees another closer's hours. Replacing the configuration stays OWNER or ADMIN.
