A booking link is the public address where a prospect books a sales call:
/b/{orgSlug}/{linkSlug}. The school creates it from its screens or API, chooses which
closers it offers, and may attach published qualification questions. Call
duration, buffers and time zone come from the school's
sales availability.
Booking always happens in two steps. The prospect's details are saved first — a lead — and only then is a slot booked for that lead. A prospect who stops before choosing a slot is still in your directory.
The slot and lead-capture endpoints are public and take no key. Booking on behalf of a prospect, editing call details and configuring closer meeting links run under your API key, with you as the traced actor.
Information
The closer is assigned by the link's fair rotation among its closers who are free on the slot. Creation never lets a caller choose the closer; operator reassignment is a separate authorized command. Slots already booked never appear.
Owners and administrators can manage links and reschedule, cancel or reassign calls through the API and MCP. A Head of Sales manages links, reschedules and reassigns calls of the team — a reassignment can also move the call onto a free slot of a busy closer — without cancelling a call they do not hold. Commercial readers see their own portfolio; booking access does not grant qualification answers. Private prospect management tokens are never returned. All private mutations require a stable intention key.
Call preparation includes public instructions, a meeting link and private notes. The details endpoints keep notes restricted to owner/admin and the assigned closer. Default meeting links apply only to new calls.
