Coaching starts with a signal, but the next action depends on which enrollment it concerns and who is assigned to act. At Mike Academy, Maya is enrolled in the Agentic AI Developer program with the October Builders cohort. Her demo submission needs review, and her follow-up action is overdue. Her assigned coach Nina can open her enrollment record and, within that enrollment scope, decide the submission; the school owner coordinates the cohort and any collective live. These are separate responsibilities.
| If you need to… | Start here | Then… |
|---|---|---|
| Give someone the right responsibility | Roles and assignments | Check the enrollment or program scope before handing off work. |
| Decide which member needs attention | Member context and work queue | Open the enrollment evidence behind a queue signal. |
| Judge submitted work | Reviews and feedback | Take a submission in your review scope before deciding it. |
| Document a conversation or tracked follow-up | Sessions and interventions | Record the right fact against the enrollment. |
| Assess the intake or run a collective workshop | Cohort cockpit and lives | Inspect cohort signals; owner/admin run lives from Management. |
The Coaching navigation contains Member monitoring, Coach queue, Deliverables reviews and Cohorts. Lives is under Management. An owner/admin can coordinate the school without automatically becoming a submission reviewer; a reviewer does not gain permission to schedule a live. Read roles and assignments before acting for someone else.
