List the contributions of a milestone

GET /api/v1/milestones/{milestoneId}/contributions

Returns what contributes to a milestone: the lessons and resources that prepare it. Each contribution names exactly one of the two.

Response

200 OK — the list, possibly empty. A milestone of another school also answers an empty list rather than confirming it exists.
401 Unauthorized — the key is missing, invalid, or no longer attached to a member.
403 Forbidden — the bearer is not OWNER, ADMIN, an organization-scoped program_director of this school, nor the coach of this program.

GET /api/v1/milestones/{milestoneId}/contributions
