  • 1.2. Cohorte provides tools for schools, programmes, courses, community, prospect management, appointment booking and payments, according to available features and your access. These terms concern use of the platform. Offer details presented before a purchase complete them.

2. Accounts and authorised use

  • 2.1. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and grant members or connected tools only the permissions they need. Anyone acting for an organisation must be authorised to do so. Report unauthorised access to support@cohorte.io.
  • 2.2. Do not use Cohorte for unlawful activity, infringement, harassment or interference with the security or operation of the service. You are responsible for the content and instructions you submit and the permissions you grant to tools or agents.

3. Schools, offers and payments

  • 3.1. Each school is responsible for its teaching offers, enrolment conditions, content and learner support. The seller and the price, billing schedule and relevant cancellation or refund conditions must be identified in the offer presented before payment.
  • 3.2. Using the platform does not guarantee a learning, employment or commercial result. These terms do not replace a school’s sale conditions or remove mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable withdrawal or refund rights.

4. Content and personal data

  • 4.1. You retain your rights to your content. You authorise the processing, storage and display needed to provide the service and share content as you request. This does not transfer ownership to Cohorte.
  • 4.2. Only submit content and personal data you are entitled to use. The Privacy Policy describes personal data handling; use of Cohorte is not a blanket consent to marketing or unrelated use of Google data.

5. Connected services and availability

  • 5.1. Optional integrations require the relevant permissions and are also subject to the provider’s terms. You can disconnect a calendar; existing external events remain unless you remove them. The Privacy Policy explains retained data and revocation.
  • 5.2. Maintenance, technical incidents and third-party services can affect availability and synchronisation. Check important bookings and payment confirmations. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Access, responsibility and disputes

  • 6.1. Access may end under the applicable offer or be restricted when necessary to address unlawful use or a security incident. Contact support to discuss access and recovery of your content; ending access does not necessarily erase records immediately.
  • 6.2. Each party remains responsible under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact support@cohorte.io first with a complaint; this does not limit access to courts, authorities or remedies available under applicable law.
  • 6.3. Updated terms are published here. Changes and any required notice or acceptance will be handled according to applicable law and the applicable offer.
